What is your cancellation policy?


Each class lists the cancellation policy for that class. In general, if you can cancel within 3 days of the 1st week of class you are eligible for a full refund. Between 3 days before and 24 hours before you are subject to a cancellation fee. After 24 hours before the 1st week of class, there is no refund. Please be sure to read the policy when you enroll in a class.




How do I review/change/cancel my booking?


Easily! Click on the Client Login button on the menu bar, and login using your email and password (don't worry if you've forgotten - just use the I forgot my password link and you will receive an email to reset your password). You have several options once logged in: • Make a new booking • View and Manage your current bookings - includes making payments for any balance due • Purchase Prepaid packages (private lesson packages, consultations, punch cards, etc) • Purchase a gift certificate • View/edit your profile details • Sign out of your account




Can I insert a video in my FAQ?


Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease:

  1. Enter App Settings
  2. Click the "Manage Questions" button
  3. Click on the question you would like to attach a video to
  4. When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL
  5. That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box




How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?


The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
